In some ways it only seems right that the first group to head back to Haiti in 2011 from The Gathering will be students from our Mason campus.  That was the school that had students there last year when the earthquake hit and I’m really excited to announce that one year later, Mason will be back in Haiti.  The trip will be January 13-20th and Brett Becker is going to be leading the team.

In the days to come, we’ll be able to say more about what the team will be doing while they are in country.

But for now, I wanted you to know the application is available online.  The deadline to apply is going to be November 8th.  It’s a tight turn around, I know, but we only have 10 weeks to get this trip up and running.  You’ll be able to get more information after Mason’s Gathering this Wednesday.  But in the mean time, feel free to start applying: http://bit.ly/9A0YE8
