In a few short hours, I get to jump in the car and head down to AU for tonight’s Gathering.  Honestly, I’m beyond excited to be a part of what God is going to do on that campus this week.   But it’s not just AU – I feel the exact same way about what lies ahead tomorrow and Thursday nights as Mason, Georgetown and UMD jump into the fray.

I don’t say this very often, but if you consider yourself a part of The Gathering community, I would really appreciate you being with us this week.  Don’t get me wrong, I love seeing you every week!  Maybe we can just say this one is especially important?  We’re going to be talking about our vision and strategy for outreach for the rest of 2010 and into 2011.  Galatians 2 has some really powerful truths and we’re going to be talking about where we are headed as a ministry this week.  New people are always welcome.  But this week is really for those of us who have been around The Gathering for a while.  I’m incredibly excited for where we are headed and I can’t wait to fill you in this week.  So, hopefully, I’ll be seeing you on campus this week.
